Hi Jack,
I met you a couple of months ago when visiting Jim Whitaker at Diffenbaugh. In the short time we visited it was very evident that you love the Lord and live for him daily. As I met different people from Diffenbaugh there was a strong feeling of family from everyone there. It was truly a blessing to see that you love God, Love People and Love Life.
Get well soon, it will be exciting to see what God has in store for you.
We are praying for you.
God Bless!!

Hi Jack,

This is the first day that Joel and I haven't been at the hospital, and we miss being there with you and your family. Rest assured that we have been praying for you all day today! Your family is amazing - full of faith and trust. I'm excited to hear that you moved your foot today. Awesome! Kyle got to go up in the newly acquired Redlands Police Department airplane today! He is in a training program to catch the bad guys from the air! He LOVED it. And speaking of love - all of the Alexanders love you very much.

Hi Jack, this is Valerie from Colorado, I want to wish you a Happy Father's day! You are one of the best Father's I know and I hope you have a great day! Thanks for being a role model to my kids and for all the love and attention you have shown them! I've been praying for you and Karen (and family) non stop, wishing so much I was there. Every time I begin to write I close out because I don't know how to put in to words what 31 years of friendship with you and Karen means to me! I've enjoyed thinking about the first plane ride to Catalina in 1977 or 78 to the most recent helicopter ride to Catalina and SO MANY things in-between! I can't think of one event, but I easily remember how all of it was fun and memorable! You and Karen are a great team, and wonderful friends and I thank you for always treating me like family. Again, I wish I was there for you like you have been for me all these years! I'm looking forward to introducing you to MY BOYFRIEND (!) and starting some new traditions! Love you both so much! Valerie

Happy Father's Day, Jack!!
We hope you have a great day with your wonderful family. We have been so encouraged by your recent improvements and in complete awe of the Lord's grace and mercy. You will continue to be in our prayers every day and we enjoy using the prayer pager probably almost as much as you enjoy hearing it.
The updates help all of us so much to feel like we're in the loop.
Remember you are loved!!

Happy Father's day! A great fatherly joke for you on such a grand occasion:

A father was at the beach with his children when his four-year-old son ran up to him, grabbed his hand, and led him to the shore, where a seagull lay dead in the sand.

"Daddy, what happened to him?" the son asked. "He died and went to Heaven," the dad replied.

The boy thought a moment and then said, "Did God throw him back down?"

Hope you got a good laugh :-)

Jack--

Greetings from the hills of Asheville, NC! It is well known here at the office that a good day for me is a day where we can touch base and talk about banjos and buildings!!! I look forward to doing this again. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers, Jack. God bless.
